The Trump administration’s request that people move on from Epstein has prompted more people to delve deeper into his history, especially his relationship with Trump.
This has also escalated when the DOJ and FBI stated that they discovered no proof of a ‘client list’ that Epstein used to blackmail influential individuals.
Trump’s acquaintance with Epstein is well-known, although the president has often stated that he disliked Epstein and had not spoken to him in years before he was charged with s3x offenses.
What is Epstein’s birthday book?
Last week, the Wall Street Journal published an article claiming that Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein’s former girlfriend and collaborator, gathered notes from Epstein’s pals to celebrate his 50th birthday in 2003.
According to the WSJ, the letter contained a few lines of typewritten text surrounded by a hand-drawn outline of a naked woman.
“Happy Birthday – and may every day be another wonderful secret,” the supposed letter concluded, before being signed simply ‘Donald’.
Trump went on to say the letter was forged, but the New York Times now claims Trump’s name is also on a list of donations to Epstein’s birthday book.
Where is Epstein’s birthday book currently?
According to Brad Edwards, a lawyer representing Epstein’s victims, the Epstein estate owns the supposed birthday book.
However, California Democratic Representative Ro Khanna has stated that he intends to subpoena the book, implying that definitive proof of the book’s authenticity and Trump’s message may be forthcoming.
The Epstein estate told ABC that it will ‘comply with any legitimate processes’, but it would not disclose whether it had the book or whether it contained a letter from Trump.
